Built by people who have run delivery operations
Reyan Impex was set up around a simple observation: courier businesses are extremely good at moving parcels and extremely stretched at everything else.
Vehicle procurement, service scheduling, insurance renewals, driver paperwork, breakdown recovery, cost reporting — none of it is the business, but all of it can stop the business. In most operators we met, this work was scattered across an office manager, a garage, an agency and whoever happened to pick up the phone.
We took that entire layer and made it a service. Today we manage fleets for courier and last-mile operators, giving them one partner, one point of contact and one predictable monthly cost in place of a dozen loose ends.

Our mission
To make fleet operations a solved problem for delivery businesses — so that vehicle availability, compliance and cost control stop being daily worries and become numbers on a monthly report.
Our vision
To be the fleet partner that regional courier operators trust the way large networks trust their in-house fleet departments — with the same rigour, at a cost that makes sense at their scale.
Four principles we do not bend on
Accountability
If a vehicle is off the road, it is our problem to solve and our number to report. We do not pass blame down the supply chain.
Transparency
You see the real costs, including where we spent more than planned and why. No hidden markups, no mystery line items.
Responsiveness
Delivery does not wait. Neither do we. Breakdowns, driver issues and urgent compliance questions get answered the same day.
Continuous improvement
Every quarter we review what went wrong and what it cost, then change the process. Flat performance is not success.
Who runs Reyan Impex
Working alongside our clients’ operations, not outside them
Our longest-running partnership is with Quick Couriers in the United Kingdom, where we support the fleet that keeps their delivery network moving.
That relationship shapes how we work everywhere else. We sit inside the operating rhythm — daily availability checks, weekly service planning, monthly cost review — rather than appearing once a quarter with an invoice.
“They know our routes, our depots and our drivers. That is the difference between a supplier and a partner.”
Tell us about your operation
Whether you run ten vans or five hundred, the first conversation is the same — what you have, what it costs, and what is getting in the way.
