Six reasons operators stay with us
One accountable partner
Garage, compliance, driver sourcing and reporting under one roof. When something goes wrong, there is exactly one number to call and nobody to point at.
Predictable monthly cost
Fleet spend moves from unpredictable invoices to a planned monthly figure, so you can price contracts with confidence instead of hope.
24/7 operational cover
Deliveries start before offices open. Our support line runs on your operating hours, not standard business hours.
Reporting you can act on
Cost per vehicle, cost per drop, downtime hours and compliance status every month — with a written view on what to do next.
Last-mile specialism
We build around short routes, high stop counts and tight SLAs — not around long-haul assumptions that leave delivery fleets underserved.
Scales in both directions
Win a contract and add vehicles. Lose one and release them. Your fleet cost tracks your revenue instead of lagging behind it.
Managing it in-house vs. working with us
In-house fleet management works well — at scale. Below a certain size, the fixed cost of doing it properly is hard to justify, so it gets done partially, and the gaps show up as downtime and compliance risk.
We are not the right answer for everyone. If you already have a dedicated fleet manager, a service contract you trust and clean compliance records, keep them. If you have an office manager doing fleet work between other jobs, we will almost certainly do it better and cheaper.
Where we typically add most value
- Fleets of 10–500 vehicles without a full-time fleet manager
- Operators growing faster than their back office
- Businesses that cannot state their true cost per vehicle
- Anyone who has failed a client compliance audit
- Networks facing heavy seasonal volume swings
Frequently asked
We support fleets from around ten vehicles up to several hundred. Below ten, a full management contract rarely pays for itself — we will tell you that rather than sell you one.
No. If you have a garage or insurer you are happy with, we manage them on your behalf. Where we can improve on rate or response time, we will show you the comparison and let you decide.
Typically two to six weeks depending on fleet size and record quality. We phase the handover so there is no day where nobody is responsible for a vehicle.
Usually a fixed monthly fee per vehicle, scoped to the services you need. Pass-through costs like parts and insurance are billed at cost with the documentation attached — we do not mark them up quietly.
Yes. We support sourcing, leasing and procurement, including replacement vehicles when one goes off the road. Whether you own or lease is your commercial decision; we will model both.
The driver calls our support line. We arrange recovery and repair, and where available dispatch a replacement vehicle so the route is completed. You get an incident report the same day.
Find out if we are a fit
One conversation and a look at your fleet numbers is usually enough to tell. If we are not the right partner, we will say so.
